The following terms and conditions govern your use of Mr.Road'S Platform, as well as any related websites and services. By using Mr.Road’s Platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
The following terms and conditions apply to all users with respect to the services provided through Mr.Road’s platform. These terms and conditions become effective immediately upon your acceptance of the services through the Platform or through any other form of communication with Mr.Road.
This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements between you and Mr.Road.
Mr.Road reserves the right to terminate this agreement and/or the provision of any services hereunder immediately, or to cease providing or deny access to the services or any part thereof at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without liability to you.
The user agrees and acknowledges that their use of Mr.Road’s Platform and services is done at their own risk and further acknowledges that Mr.Road disclaims and is released from any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The terms "we" "us" "our" "the company" "Mr.Road" "PLATFORM" refer to the platform owned by Kraken for software solutions commercial register NO.237711 Cairo investment office and their employees, agents.
The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Independent individuals who benefit from the various services offered on the Platform.
The services provided by Mr.Road as outlined in these terms and conditions.
Refers to Mr.Road’s Platform through which the services provided by Mr.Road are utilized.
Refers to any act of nature, including but not limited to fire, floods, storms, hurricanes, tornados, volcanic activity, earthquakes, as well as any actions, orders, or requests issued by a sovereign authority, government, or any entity acting on behalf of such authority, and war (whether declared or undeclared), acts of war, revolutions, riots, civil commotion, civil unrest, strikes, work stoppages, or any other similar acts that constitute labor disputes, or any other similar cause beyond the control of any party.
This refers to transportation companies and/or the management officials of transportation companies.
Refers to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
To ensure that users have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts, the use of Mr.Road's Platform is not granted to individuals under the age of 18 or under the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
If you are registering as a business entity (company), you represent that you have the authority to bind your entity to these terms and conditions, and that both you and your business entity will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Platform.
To benefit from the services, you must provide all necessary information to create your account and allow Mr.Road to provide services to you. Alternatively, you may use the Platform as a guest.
Mr.Road Platform requires you to provide certain personal information including: Your full name, place of residence, phone number, email address, credit card details, and profile picture.
You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and updated information in your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
User accounts are non-transferable. You agree to indemnify Mr.Road for any unauthorized use of your account.
We may terminate or suspend your account or your access to the services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability of any kind.
Mr.Road may make inquiries and request further information or documents (e.g., identity verification).
Mr.Road is an innovative platform aimed at facilitating transportation using public transit. Services include:
Providing users with comprehensive details about public transit schedules, stop locations, and directions.
The ability to book tickets and make payments through the platform in a secure and swift manner.
Alerting users about any changes or delays in trip schedules.
Enabling users to track their journey moment by moment through the platform's app.
Offering round-the-clock support to answer any inquiries or resolve any issues.
License grants: Accessing and using the services in connection with the provision of services only; Accessing any content available through the services.
Prohibited actions: Using trademarks, reverse-engineering, scraping data, launching burdening scripts.
Prohibited content: Advertisements, offensive language, political criticism, national security threats, defamation.

When creating an account, you agree to communicate with us electronically (email, text, notifications).
You consent to receive promotional notifications but can opt out via the link in emails.
Mr.Road offers electronic payment via QR code scanning, O-Pay, credit cards, and banking wallets.
Mr.Road reserves the right to change payment methods and service fees without prior notice.
Users are responsible for third-party payment provider errors and maintaining sufficient funds.
Mr.Road may verify identity/financial ownership before processing transactions.
Users can cancel ticket reservations at least ……... before the scheduled trip for a full refund.
If canceled after the deadline, a portion may be refunded at Mr.Road's discretion.
Full refund or rescheduling without fees in case of issues beyond control.
Refunds returned to the original payment method within ………...
No refunds for no-shows or lateness without prior cancellation.
All content (text, logos, software) is the property of Mr.Road or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Mr.Road’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service not offered by Mr.Road.
Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. Mr.Road disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Mr.Road does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
You agree to use the services at your own risk.
Mr.Road acts solely as an intermediary between users and service providers.
Mr.Road is not liable for disputes, losses, or quality issues related to service providers.
Mr.Road is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or financial loss).
Mr.Road is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control.
Mr.Road has the right to disclose user information to affiliates, legal authorities, or service providers as necessary.
Mr.Road reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users must comply with updates upon posting.
You agree to indemnify Mr.Road and its affiliates from all losses, damages, and legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or use of services.
Users can close their accounts at any time. This option is available from (........).
Users are responsible for ensuring their data is genuine. Mr.Road does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of Platform information.
The Platform may include third-party services and links not controlled by Mr.Road.
Mr.Road is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.

Exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
In case of conflict, the Arabic text shall prevail.
