The following terms and conditions govern your use of Mr.Road'S Platform, as well as any related websites and services. By using Mr.Road’s Platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

The following terms and conditions apply to all users with respect to the services provided through Mr.Road’s platform. These terms and conditions become effective immediately upon your acceptance of the services through the Platform or through any other form of communication with Mr.Road.

This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or arrangements between you and Mr.Road.

Mr.Road reserves the right to terminate this agreement and/or the provision of any services hereunder immediately, or to cease providing or deny access to the services or any part thereof at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, without liability to you.

The user agrees and acknowledges that their use of Mr.Road’s Platform and services is done at their own risk and further acknowledges that Mr.Road’s disclaims and is released from any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The terms "we" "us" "our" "the company" "Mr.Road" "PLATFORM" refer to the platform owned by Kraken for software solutions commercial register NO.237711 Cairo investment office and their employees, agents.

The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, collectively represent all that has been agreed upon and understood between Mr.Road and the User, whether the User is an individual or entity accessing the Platform.

Users: Independent individuals who benefit from the various services offered on the Platform.

Services: The services provided by Mr.Road as outlined in these terms and conditions.

Platform: Refers to Mr.Road’s Platform through which the services provided by Mr.Road are utilized.

Force Majeure: Refers to any act of nature, including but not limited to fire, floods, storms, hurricanes, tornados, volcanic activity, earthquakes, as well as any actions, orders, or requests issued by a sovereign authority, government, or any entity acting on behalf of such authority, and war (whether declared or undeclared), acts of war, revolutions, riots, civil commotion, civil unrest, strikes, work stoppages, or any other similar acts that constitute labor disputes, or any other similar cause beyond the control of any party, unless the performance of the obligation is guaranteed through an express waiver of exemption in the event of force majeure.

Service Providers: This refers to transportation companies and/or the management officials of transportation companies.

Applicable Laws: Refers to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

To ensure that users have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts, the use of Mr.Road's Platform is not granted to individuals under the age of 18 or under the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If you are registering as a business entity (company), you represent that you have the authority to bind your entity to these terms and conditions, and that both you and your business entity will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Platform.

To benefit from the services, you must provide all necessary information to create your account and allow Mr.Road to provide services to you. Alternatively, you may use the Platform as a guest.

Mr.Road Platform requires you to provide certain personal information to Mr.Road including but not limited to:

Your full name, place of residence, phone number, email address, credit card details, and profile picture.

You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and updated information in your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password unless otherwise authorized in writing by Mr.Road.

As user accounts are non-transferable, you agree to indemnify Mr.Road for any unauthorized, unlawful, or improper use of your account, whether by you or by any person accessing the Platform, services, or otherwise through your designated username or password, regardless of whether you permitted such access.

You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities related to your Mr.Road account and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may terminate or suspend your account or your access to the services, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability of any kind. For example, we may terminate or suspend your account or access to the services if you misuse the Platform.

Any such termination or suspension may prevent you from accessing your account.

If Mr.Road has any reason to suspect (at its sole discretion) that any information you provided is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date, Mr.Road reserves the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under these terms and conditions or applicable laws, to suspend, restrict, or limit your access to the Platform and its services.

Mr.Road may, at its sole discretion and at any time, make inquiries (either directly or through a third party) and request further information or documents from you, including but not limited to identity verification or proof of ownership of financial instruments.

Mr.Road is an innovative platform aimed at facilitating transportation using public transit in a modern and advanced manner, making it easier for users to book tickets and manage their journeys smoothly. The services provided by the platform include:

Trip Information: Providing users with comprehensive details about public transit schedules, stop locations, and directions to reach their destinations.

Online Booking: The ability to book tickets and make payments through the platform in a secure and swift manner.

Immediate Notifications: Alerting users about any changes or delays in trip schedules, helping them organize their time efficiently.

Trip Tracking Service: Enabling users to track their journey moment by moment through the platform's app, ensuring greater comfort and safety during transit.

Customer Support: Offering round-the-clock support to answer any inquiries or resolve any issues users may encounter while using the platform.

In consideration of the user's commitment to these terms and conditions, Mr.Road grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the following:

- Accessing and using the services in connection with the provision of services only.

- Accessing any content and using it, as well as any information and related materials that may be available through the services.

It is understood that any right not expressly granted in these terms is reserved by Mr.Road, and such rights may be revoked or terminated at any time without prior notice to the user.

Users are prohibited from using any trademark or intellectual property rights owned by Mr.Road, from any part of the services. They are also prohibited from reproducing, modifying, creating derivative works, publishing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, broadcasting, or otherwise exploiting the services unless permitted or expressly authorized in writing by Mr.Road. Furthermore, users may not disassemble, reverse-engineer, or reconfigure any part of the services or link any part of the services to any reverse system. Copying, framing, launching any programs or scripts for scraping, indexing, scanning, or extracting data from the services in any other way, or burdening or hindering the operation of any aspect of the services, or attempting unauthorized access to the services, or impairing any aspect of the services or the associated systems or networks is also prohibited.

Users are not allowed to publish any of the following on any part of the Platform(as determined at our sole discretion):Any advertisements for solicitation, Any promotional material, Use of offensive language or materials that are obscene or contain insults or cultural or religious transgressions, Any politically critical content, Materials that could pose a threat to public interest or national security, Content that may cause harm to reputation, defamation, or any other content that may be offensive or obscene.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, transfer, reproduce, duplicate, publish, or redistribute (a) the content or any part thereof and/or (b) the services in general without obtaining prior written permission from Mr.Road. To request permission, please direct your request to: info@mrroadapp.com

When creating an account, you agree to communicate with us electronically. Therefore, you consent to receive periodic messages from us. Mr.Road will communicate with you via email, and may also send you information through text messages, as well as publish notifications on the Platform as part of the regular business management associated with your use of the services. You acknowledge that your choice not to use the mentioned electronic communication methods may affect your ability to use the services.

You also agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Mr.Road will request your consent during the registration process to send you emails or promotional notifications related to the Platform and its services. If at any time you decide or indicate that you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can opt out by clicking the link located at the bottom of any promotional email.

Mr.Road offers an electronic payment method on the Platform from scanning QR code and paying through electronic payment means, including but not limited to (O-Pay) payment points, credit cards, and banking wallets.

Mr.Road retains the right to change or modify payment methods and service fees without prior notice. However, these changes will be reflected on the Platform before your request.

Additionally, Mr.Road may offer electronic payment services through third-party service providers. Mr.Road shall not be liable for any errors, damage, or similar issues that users may encounter as a result of using electronic payment methods, as this remains the user's responsibility.

You must ensure that there are sufficient financial resources in the relevant account to cover the services provided, and you must adhere to the credit card transaction limits.

Users agree to receive a receipt via email, text messages, or through the Platform itself after paying the fees.

Mr.Road does not impose any additional fees on users for processing electronic payments other than administrative costs.

Mr.Road may, at its sole discretion and at any time, raise any inquiries it deems necessary (either directly or through others) and may request that you provide further information or documents, including but not limited to any information or documents required to verify your identity and/or ownership of financial instruments. You must therefore agree to provide any information and/or documents to Mr.Road upon request. You acknowledge and agree that if you are unable to do so, Mr.Road may, without any liability on its part, cancel the transaction or restrict or suspend your access to the Platform or withdraw your membership.

At Mr.Road we strive to provide a seamless and reliable transportation experience, and we are committed to offering a fair and flexible cancellation and refund policy. Please review the following terms regarding the cancellation and refund process:

Cancellation of Booking: Users can cancel their ticket reservations through the platform at least ……... before the scheduled trip. If cancellation occurs before the specified time, the user will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.

Partial Refund: If the booking is canceled after the cancellation deadline, a portion of the ticket price may be refunded based on the remaining time before the trip, at the discretion of Mr.Road.

Delay or Cancellation by the Company: In the event of a trip cancellation or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, users will be notified as soon as possible, and they will have the option to either receive a full refund of the ticket price or reschedule their booking without any additional fees.

Refund Method: The amount will be returned to the account used for the original payment within ………... based on banking processing policies.x

Non-Refundable Cases: Ticket prices will not be refunded in the event of no-show or lateness without prior cancellation within the specified timeframe.

Support and Inquiries: For any inquiries regarding cancellations or refunds, users can contact the customer support team via the platform, and all requests will be handled as quickly as possible to ensure user satisfaction.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos of Mr.Road, buttons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software programs, is considered the property of Mr.Road or its licensors. This content is protected under copyright law, trademark rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights and laws. The aggregated content on the Platform is considered the exclusive property and authorship of Mr.Road, and is similarly protected by copyright law, trademark rights, patents, and other intellectual property rights and laws.

The trademark of Mr.Road and related symbols are proprietary trademarks of Mr.Road. It is prohibited to use Mr.Road’s trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not offered on Mr.Road, or for any product or service that may disparage or harm the reputation of Mr.Road.

You will use the services at your own risk. The services are provided "as is" and "as available". Mr.Road is exempt from, and disclaims, all representations and warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, that are not explicitly stated in these terms. Mr.Road makes no representation or warranty regarding the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, quality, or availability of the services or any services requested through the use of Mr.Road'S services. Mr.Road does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it provide any warranty regarding the quality, suitability, or capabilities of the services. Therefore, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks arising from your use of the services to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree that all risks arising from your use of the services and any service or goods requested in connection with them remain solely with you, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

All accounts registered on Mr.Road are subject to continuous monitoring for security and performance reasons. Furthermore, we hereby clarify that Mr.Road does not have any account of any kind.

Mr.Road acts solely as an intermediary, providing the Platform for service providers to offer their services to interested users.

We do not participate in reviewing any reports about users on the Platform. We do not provide any guarantees or assume any responsibility for the quality or accuracy of the services provided by the service providers.

Mr.Road is not liable for any problems, disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from the services provided by the service providers or any interactions between the service providers and users on the Platform.

Mr.Road shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damage, including data loss or any damage to your personal bank account or your account on Mr.Road, even if Mr.Road has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Mr.Road shall not be responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses incurred by you arising from your use of the services or reliance on them, or due to your inability to access or use the services, even if Mr.Road has been made aware of the possibility of such damages.

Mr.Road will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond Mr.Road's reasonable control. These limitations do not aim to limit liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Mr.Road has the right to disclose any information it possesses concerning the user to its affiliated corporate entities within its group of companies, or as required by law, or if requested or directed by any official government entity. Mr.Road will do this at its sole discretion or as deemed appropriate by us or if such a disclosure serves our interests.

Mr.Road also has the right to disclose user information to service providers to the extent necessary for the service providers to provide their services.

Mr.Road reserves the right to make any additions to these terms and conditions or to change or modify them at any time without notice. Users must comply with any additions, changes, or modifications when they are incorporated into these terms and conditions on Mr.Road’s Platform.

Mr.Road shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if Mr.Road has been informed of the possibility of such damage. Mr.Road shall also not be liable for any damages, liabilities, or losses incurred by you arising from your use or reliance on the services, or due to your inability to access or use the services, or from any transaction, even if Mr.Road has been informed of the possibility of such damage. Mr.Road shall also not be liable for any delay or failure to perform as a result of causes beyond Mr.Road'S control or reasonable oversight.

The limitations of liability stated do not restrict liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable laws governing the Platform.

You agree to indemnify Mr.Road and hold it, its affiliates, its sponsors, partners, directors, officers, and employees harmless from any harm and from all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs of investigation), and to pay these amounts to Mr.Road, if such expenses arise or are related to any breach by you of these terms and conditions, or our applicable privacy policy, or your use of any service provider for the relevant services.

Users can close their accounts at any time. This option is available from (........).

The terms agreed upon with our various users require them to ensure that the personal data is genuine and original, and free from any fraud, thus the user alone is responsible for the accuracy of the information and data without any liability on Mr.Road. We make every effort to ensure that the data provided through us is genuine and trustworthy.

As for the information provided by Mr.Road, we strive to keep the information updated and accurate; however, we do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, appropriateness, or availability of the Platform, or the information or services, or any associated graphics contained on the Platform for any purpose. Consequently, your reliance on such information is entirely at your own risk.

The service may be provided or accessed through third-party service providers, as well as through content (including any advertising content) that is not under the control or authority of Mr.Road. You acknowledge that different terms of use and other privacy policies may apply when using the services of such third parties and that content. However, Mr.Road does not endorse any third-party services or their content and assumes no responsibility or liability for any kind for any service provided by third-party service providers.

Our Platform may contain links to websites operated by parties other than Mr.Road. These links are provided for reference only. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy, or other practices. These terms and conditions will not apply to your use of any external Platform that you access via our Platform. Your use of any external Platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we suggest you read carefully before visiting such a Platform.

The rights and obligations of the parties under these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

You hereby submit, without limitation, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt regarding any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or related to them, and you shall waive any right to initiate legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction. We reserve the right to take legal action regarding any matter arising under these terms and conditions in any jurisdiction where you reside or conduct your business or have any assets.

In the event of any dispute or conflict arising from the provisions of these terms and conditions, the Arabic text shall prevail.

If any part of these terms and conditions is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or ineffective under applicable law, such part shall be deemed invalid or ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining parts of the terms and conditions.

This agreement, along with Mr.Road’s privacy policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mr.Road concerning the use of the Platform and services and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of this agreement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and changes on the Platform. It is your responsibility to check the Platform periodically for changes. Your continued use or access to the Platform or service after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
